RanchTracker is a cattle management application designed for small commercial operations. Our service includes:

• Financial reporting and tax preparation tools
• Mobile and web application access

User Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into RanchTracker. We provide tools to export your data at any time. Upon account termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

Limitation of Liability

RanchTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
